Copyright and Copying

Permission is granted to quote from this journal in professional works with the customary acknowledgment of the source. The journal participates in the Copyright Clearance Center’s Online Transactional Reporting Service. Go to www.copyright.com. Authorization to photocopy items for internal or personal use, or for the internal or personal use of specific clients, is granted by the Alliance for Children and Families provided that the appropriate fee is paid directly to CCC, 222 Rosewood Drive, Danvers, MA 01923.

For those organizations that have been granted a photocopy license by CCC, a separate system of payment has been arranged. The fee code for users of the Transactional Reporting Service is: 1044- 3894/98 $2.00+0. This procedure is to be followed for copying beyond that permitted by §107 and §108 of the U.S. Copyright Law. It does not apply to other kinds of copying, such as copying for general distribution, for advertising or promotional purposes, for creating new collective works, or for resale; such copying is permitted only under specific license from the publisher.
